This project reimagines urban living through a modular high-rise design centred around a vertical atrium. Prefabricated residential units are arranged along a central spine, fostering openness and connectivity. Across the tower, shared communal spaces — including coworking zones, lounges, green terraces, and fitness areas — are strategically placed to encourage social interaction and enhance residents’ quality of life. A double-skin curtain wall system provides energy efficiency, acoustic comfort, and generous daylight, aligning with both sustainability and liveability goals.
