The site is located on crucial point in Barcelona, which intersects Av. Meridiana which is under development as new pedestrian path in Barcelona and Poblenou district where @22 project is held on. The competetion aim is designing a skyscraper which can respects sustainability in terms of social and physical aspects of site. Therefore, the approach came with an idea of transforming the current cerda block into vertical distance by emphasizing on courtyard and roof as sustainable tool.
